Recruiter Networking to Make More Placements
Communication is one of The Four Pillars of Top Echelon Network, and that’s why we offer both in-person and virtual networking events for our members. Our in-person recruiter networking events include the following:
- The National Convention
- The Fall Conference
- Regional Core Groups
Networking member enjoy meeting their split recruiting partners face-to-face, so they can share hot hob orders and candidates and also share their experience and expertise with one another. In addition, they have the opportunity to learn from the best speakers and trainers in the recruiting and staffing industry.
Events Gone Virtual
Top Echelons’s virtual recruiter networking events are its Virtual Core Groups. During these monthly teleconference calls based on industry, recruiters share:
- Hot job orders and candidates
- Information about the activity they’re seeing
- Ideas for increased production on their desks and within their agencies
There are anywhere from five to 10 active Virtual Core Groups at any one time in Top Echelon Network, so it’s easy to find the insight and ongoing support you need to equip your team for success.
