Top Echelon has helped recruiters make more than 23,000 placements since 1988! Once your application is accepted, there is a $330 start-up fee, a monthly subscription fee of $130, and a 6% brokerage fee for all placements made (3% for each recruiter).

The first thing you need to be considered for Membership in Top Echelon’s Split Placement Network is to fill out a Membership Application!
STEP 2: GET AN INTERVIEW
We’ll discuss your business and how Top Echelon fits into it. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the Network.
STEP 3: START MAKING SPLIT PLACEMENTS!
Your name and agency name will be posted in the Network Members’ Area to give the current Membership the opportunity to provide feedback regarding you and your agency.
