Allowing or Restricting a User from Customizing Pipeline Stages

Stages are a visual tool in the Pipeline that allow you to quickly see where your candidates stand within your placement process. These can be customized to reflect your firm’s workflow.

By default, all new users have access to customize your firm’s Pipeline stages. This includes the ability to add new stages, as well as the ability to edit and delete existing stages.

Please note that the ability to set permissions for customizing Pipeline stages is restricted to only those users that have permission to manage users.

To allow or restrict a user from customizing stages:

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon 
  • Click to expand the My Agency section and then select Manage Users

  • All users on the account will populate on the left side of the Manage Users page
  • Click on the edit icon  to the right of the person you wish to set Pipeline stage permissions for

  • Under the user’s Permissions on the right side of the User Profile, click to expand the Pipeline section
  • To the right of Ability to Customize Stages, set the appropriate permission
    • Yes = this user can customize the firm’s Pipeline stages (this includes adding, editing, and deleting stages)
    • No = this user cannot customize the firm’s Pipeline stages (this includes adding, editing, and deleting stages)
  • Make sure to click the Save button in the bottom left corner once your changes have been made
