Changing the Main Contact on a Top Echelon Recruiting Software Account

The Main Contact in Top Echelon Recruiting Software has the rights to the data and is the ultimate decision maker in regards to your Top Echelon Recruiting Software account.

Please note that only the existing main contact on an account has permission to switch that designation to another active user.

To change the main contact on your account:

  • The current main contact will want to expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon 
  • Click to expand the My Agency section and then select Agency Profile

  • Select the appropriate user (that you wish to make the new main contact) from the Owner/Main Contact drop-down

  • Once you’ve selected the appropriate user, click the Save Agency button in the bottom left corner of the page
  • Review the confirmation details and click the Confirm button to make the main contact switch
    • Please note that once the change is confirmed, only the new main contact will have the ability to change the main contact designation moving forward
