Creating Email Rules

There may be times when you want to automate certain processes within your external email account. Most email providers allow you to set rules for actions that run automatically based on criteria or triggers that you specify.

For example, if you wanted to take all of your incoming messages with the word “resume” in the subject line and automatically forward it to a specific email address.
