Viewing the Current Hotlists for a Record

Hotlists are like online filing cabinets where you can store and categorize records. The Hotlist function gives you quick and easy access to custom lists of People, Company, or Job Order records. A record can be apart of multiple Hotlists.

To view the Hotlists that a record is currently in:

  • Navigate to the corresponding Person, Company, or Job Order Datasheet
  • Locate the Hotlists card to review the Hotlists that this record is currently associated with

  • Move the record to a different category within the current Hotlist by using the drop-down menu to the right of each Hotlist name, or add the record to a new Hotlist by clicking the plus sign icon in the top right corner of the card
