- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set custom field management permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Agency section
- To the right of Manage Custom Fields, set the appropriate permission and click the Save button when complete
General Settings
Setting Placement Form Permissions
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Placement Form permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Pipeline section
- To the right of Ability to File Placement Forms, Ability to Edit Placement Forms, and Ability to Delete Placement Forms, set the appropriate permission for each of these three settings and click Save when complete
Reset Onboarding Tips
- Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the software and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the Onboarding Tips section and then select Reset Onboarding Tips
Setting Merge Permissions
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set merge privileges for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Records section
- To the right of Merge Records, set the permissions for each record type then click Save
Allowing or Restricting a User from Managing Deleted Records
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set deleted record management permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Agency section
- To the right of Manage Deleted Items, set the appropriate permission and click the Save button when complete
Setting Billing Management Permissions
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set billing management permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Agency section
- To the right of Manage Billing, set the appropriate permission and click the Save button when complete
Adding a New User to Your Account
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the Add New User button in the top right
- Enter all appropriate information for the new user on the left and set all appropriate permissions on the right
- Click the Save button when complete
Change or Reset Your Login Password
- Navigate to bigbiller.topechelon.com and click the Reset your password link
- Enter your login email and click the Send password reset email button
- Check your inbox for a Reset Password Email and click the password reset link in the body of the email
- This will direct you to a new page
- Enter and confirm the new password and click the Update Password button
Making a User Inactive
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to deactivate
- Locate the status toggle at the top of the User Profile
- Change the toggle to Inactive and click the Save button when complete
Allowing or Restricting a User from Viewing Other Planners
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set planner permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Planner section
- To the right of See Planner Of Other Users, set the appropriate permission and click the Save button when complete
