Syncing an External iCal Calendar

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the page and click on Settings
  • Click to expand the Addons & Integrations section and select Calendar Integrations
  • Check the box to the right of iCal integration and copy the URL that populates below
  • Add this URL to your iCal compliant external calendar of choice

Google Calendar (Gcal) Integration

  • Expand the Sidebar in the top right corner of the page and click on Settings
  • Click to expand the Addons & Integrations section and select Calendar Integrations
  • Click the Integrate with Google button and follow the prompts to establish connection
    • Once you’ve established connection, you’ll see a Top Echelon Recruiting Software calendar added to your list of Google Calendar
    • All new and existing scheduled Activities will display within that view
