- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set completed date editing permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Planner section
- To the right of Set/Edit Completed Date of Activities, set the appropriate permissions then click Save

Turning On/Off Automatic Tag Parsing
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon

- Use the toggle to the right of the Tags Parsing section to designate whether or not you’d like Top Echelon Recruiting Software to automatically parse your Tags
Allowing or Restricting a User from Managing Your Firm’s Job Posting Subscription

- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Job Posting subscription management permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Job Board & Posting section
- To the right of Manage Job Posting Subscription, set the appropriate permissions then click Save
Allowing or Restricting a User from Managing Your Firm’s Job Board
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Job Board management permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Job Board & Posting section
- To the right of Manage Job Board, set the appropriate permissions then click Save
Edit or Delete a Custom Card/Field
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Custom Fields
- Select the appropriate Record Type in the top left corner
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the field/card you wish to edit
- To delete a field entirely, click the Delete Field link
Allowing or Restricting a User from Scheduling/Editing Activities for Other Users
- Expand the Sidebar and click on the Settings icon
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set activity scheduling/editing permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Planner section
- To the right of Schedule And Edit Activities For Other Users, set the appropriate permissions then click Save
Setting Database Backup Permissions
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set database backup permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Agency section
- To the right of Access to Database Backup, set the appropriate permission and click the Save button when complete
Allowing or Restricting a User from Managing Activity Types
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Activity Type management permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Planner section
- To the right of Manage Activity Types, set the appropriate permission and click the Save button when complete
Creating Custom Cards and Fields
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to expand the My Agency section and select Manage Custom Fields
- Select the Record Type you wish to create the custom field(s) for
- Click the +Add a New Card button if you wish to create a new card
- Click the Add Field link, enter a Field Label and then click Save
- Choose the appropriate Field Type and add any appropriate Options
- Click the Save button once complete
Allowing or Restricting a User from Running Contact Imports
- Expand the Sidebar and click on Settings
- Click to Expand the My Agency section and select Manage Users
- Click the edit icon to the right of the person you wish to set Contact Import permissions for
- Under the user’s Permissions, click to expand the Agency section
- To the right of Can Run Contact Imports, set the appropriate permission and click the Save button when complete
