- Navigate to a Person, Company, or Job Datasheet
- Click to expand the Timeline pane within the Right Side Panel
- Click the Add Quick Note button in the top right corner of the pane
- Log your corresponding details and click the Save button when complete
Managing Job Order Records
Closing Jobs in a Mass Format
- Navigate to a list of Job Search Results of a Jobs Hotlis
- Select the Jobs you wish to close
- Click to expand the action icon at the top and select Close Jobs
- When prompted, click the Confirm button

Changing the Status of a Job
- Navigate to the corresponding Job Datasheet
- Locate the General card and click the pencil icon to inline edit the Status field
- Click to open the Status drop-down menu
- Select the appropriate status from the list and click the Save button when complete
Edit or Delete an Existing Placement Form
- Navigate to the corresponding Job Order record
- Click on the Pipeline tab and select the Placement view
- Click the View Form button
- Make any necessary changes to the Placement form on the right side of the page and click Save
- To delete the for entirely, click the delete button in the bottom right corner
- Note: delete is a final action and cannot be undone
