“I believe in them whole-heartedly. I had heard of Lloyd Shoemaker [of Miami Professional Search, LLC] up in Piqua, Ohio, but I didn’t meet him until a roundtable discussion at a Top Echelon conference. I was eating with him and some other recruiters at the conference, and we made a split placement together within two months. I’ve made three placements with Lloyd so far.
“I also met Pat McCombs [of KB Search Team, LLC] at a Top Echelon conference. I talked with her a lot, and I have a lot of respect for her. I called her with a job order, and we’ve also made a placement together.”
