The Process

Step 1: Fill out the form above

The first step in the process. Fill out the form and we’ll be in touch with next steps.

Step 2: Interview

We’ll discuss your business and how Top Echelon fits into it. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about TE Network™.

Step 3: Network Screening

Your name and agency name will be posted in the Network Members’ Area to give the current Membership the opportunity to provide feedback regarding you and your agency.

Step 4: Reference Check

We’ll conduct a reference check with current TE Network™ members and recruiters who may have worked with you in the past as well as other references we may ask you to provide.

Step 5: You’re in!

You’ll get full access to TE Network™ and start collaborating on job orders and candidates.
