A New Year is upon us!  It’s time for a fresh start and a new beginning . . . and that includes with your recruiting firm’s website!

Below are six reasons to consider re-designing your recruiting website in 2014:

1. To make it “responsive”: This means it can be viewed optimally on smartphones and tablet devices. (This is a MUST for 2014!)

2. For re-branding purposes: Do website visitors know who you are and what you do immediately upon visiting your site?  If not, they’re gone.

3. To add a definitive “call to action” or CTA: Website visitors need to know what to do within two seconds of landing on your site.

4. To add a blog: Blogging, even if only done once a week, has been proven to enchance a site’s search engine optimization (SEO).

5. To add more social media integration: Social media grows every year. Are you leveraging its power?

6. To incorporate a fresh look: The majority of candidates are tech savvy; they know a stale website when they see one.
